My python is still jumping when handling.Can u help please...Including snakeman?

Hi. Wondering if anyone can help. I bought a royal python 3 weeks ago and found out that she is just over 2 yrs old. The issue is when i handle her she is jumpy and has stuck at me a couple of times. ( Thank god not biten me ) Inclination is she has not been handled on a regular basis since born. The q is there any way of taming her and to help her relax when being handled. She has a great viv. Eaten 3 times now just does not like being handled. Has isssed a couple of times when really peed off. If snakeman is reading this. Advice from yourself would be appreciated as well with your experience.
