Please help me sort out my plot for a story.?

How about a court hearing in which the wolf is being tried for the attempted murder of Little Red Riding Hood and Grandma (uming that after the wood cutter or policeman barged in and cut his stomach open so the two could escape the wolf was then stitched up and arrested) but where we eventually discover that it was Grandma's scheme to knock off her pesky granddaughter?
