What should i do about this guy?

he is really nice and sweet to me and he told me i was pretty and he sends me pictures of hearts and things i met him at work the only problem is that his english is not that good lol but that doesnt bother me but sometimes it makes it real hard for him to understand me but we were supposed to hang out after work yesterday because he has a car and i do not so he was also going to take me home too. but he got off to late and so i left without him well last night i texted him and asked him if he wanted to hang out with me and he texted me back an hour later and said eye mami kases i dont even know what that means but i was sleeping so i answered the text like 5 hours asking if he wanted to see me tomorrow later really late at night well he didnt answer cause i guess he was sleeping well the question is now its the am do i text him now and ask if him if he wants to see me or what?
