If I put anachris in my cold water fishtank with 2 goldfish and 1 crayfish would it actually grow and thrive?

first of all 2 goldfish should be in a tank no smaller than a 30 gallon. secondly it depends on your lighting if you have a 15W flourescent light bulb it could grow but not "thrive" liquid fertilizers and CO2 injection would be a must go to www.Fishlore.com go to the forum and look it up :)
