What is a good amount of L-Arginine to get daily to increase blood flow and maintain longer s.?

Also, any other natural way to to maintain a solid with be great. Ginseng, Cayenne pepper, Garlic, etc. I dont suffer from ED but do get performance anxiety. I know I can get a solid so I want to stay away from the viagra and cialis and just help the cause more naturally.
