Why do some fans act like uncivilized animals when their team wins a Championship?

Can't they be happy with winning without using it as an excuse to start riots setting fires Etc? It's a disgrace & people like that don't deserve to live in a civilized society. Once again as they did last year when the Lakers won some(not all) fans can't act like human beings.
