Is this too much? okay?? or what?
You can should be eating 2000 calories a day, you're at the very lowest of what could be considered a healthy weight, if you lost another pound you'd be officially underweight which could pose risks for your long term health. 800 calories by 6pm isn't enough for you, but I think maybe you're underestimating the calories, because there is 250 calories in a small serving of rice on its own, so you may well have had more. Eat a lot of healthy food would be a good thing for you, because then you'll feel healthy and won't put on weight if this is what you're worried about.
