I own an acoustic guitar that won't stay in tune...will Grovers help?

It is a solid spruce acoustic, made in China...it is a Chinese take on a Gibson J-200 design...very pretty jumbo guitar. It won't stay in tune though...will it help if I buy a set of Grover tuners and put them on? Or is something going on with the neck to make it go out of tune like that?
