What should i do to help? (band advice)?

It's obvious that he doesn't belong in the band, VK or not, he should seek an alternative because he soooo blatantly doesn't fit with them. Even if a band is to your taste, the members may not be and he needs to move on and find another band who will accept his views and respect him as an individual :D
