Nigerian Dwarf Pet Goat...?

Okay i have a pet Nigerian goat and she is a show goat at her first show a couple months ago she got last because the judge said she was too small...does anyone know of ways to help her grow more and put on more weight?? Is it even something i can fix? or is it from heredity?
