Yes it does work. i take hair skin n nails biotin 5000 msm prenatal and aloe vera vitamins all bought form walmart. not expensive at all maybe 5 per bottle or less. i take them twice a day once in the morning once before bed. your supposed to take them once. i've noticed results after a month. you have to take them everyday. it does make hair grow every where and quicker, you have to shave and tweeze your eye brows more often but it doesnt make it darker like it won't make a beard or mashtace pop out! OTHER WAYS FOR HAIR GROWTH use an organic shampoo and conditionor mane n tail works great. i recently found this shampoo called FAST by nisim ( also organic ) i orderd it and still waiting for it to come it. is says its supposed to make you hair grow up to 45% faster, its worth a try. when you wash your hair keep it down, don't pile it up on your head. start by maging the scalp then work your way down to the roots. wash your hair out in luke like warm water or cold. don't brush it with a hair brush when it's wet use a wide tooth comb o don't brush it at all til it drys. do a hair mask at least once a week. warm 2-5 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 egg yolks are good. look that up i might have the amount wrong. also today i tried a avocado olive oil and egg yolk mask a href="http://www.bubzbeauty.com/hair/002.html" rel="nofollow"http://www.bubzbeauty.com/hair/002.html/a wash your hair with only egg once a week its very healthy for it. try using mira hair oil only bought online yes it is expensive but active ! round $60-80 $60 on ebay and $70-80 on their website. it makes hair more thick makes it look much more healthy and shiny and is supposed to make hair grow after one bottle wich is a 60 day supply i only used it twice today will be my third i use it every other day and my hair looks so much better. buy a slick pillow case it reduces friction you can get it at walmart. and mage your sclap often. your can use your finger tips but after a while they get sore so i recommend getting a vibrating scalp mager feels good easy to use and stimulates hair growth. also you don't need to trim your hair for it to grow faster and longer. regradless if you have split ends or not your hair still grows cutting them just makes it look better. i hope i helped.
