For those of you that had high blood pressure during pregnancy, did you have any complications?

I'm 19 weeks pregnant and I went to the doctor yesterday for an ultrasound. They told me my blood pressure was 140/100. This is not new to me as I had high blood pressure with my first child throughout the whole pregnancy (never resulted in preeclampsia), and I generally have higher blood pressure when not pregnant too. This is my second baby and I'm just worried and would like some reurance from others who have been in my place. It is possible I might be put on medication....Did you all delivery healthy babies? Did any deliver prematurely? Anything you could tell me would be highly appreciated!
