E-mail and blackberry question?

I have a school email address , more specifically its a cuny address that goes like johndoe@qcmail.qc.cuny.edu ....... now what i want to know is.. can i have all of the email that is going there FORWARDED to my blackberry? If so, HOW? Please someone , im desperate for this answer !!
