most of the time it is just to play around. But then I found out the girl I used to do that with was a lesbain. So it's really up in the air about it. haha, it's funny because it's true. Of course you could take into account that they are really comfortable with each other, and are teasing guys. Like if they are doing it where everyone can openly see them, they might be trying to make guys notice. you know, like a ual thing. For me it was just fun to do.
