Can you wear the Navy Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist insignia in the National Guard?

I served 9 yrs in the Navy and earned the Enlisted Surface Ware Specialist insignia during that time frame. I am now in the National Guard and was wondering if this insignia is something that I am allowed to wear on my uniform? If so, is it worth any promotion points or correspondent course points for promotion?
